Animalproduction.org is dedicated to the exchange of knowledge in animal sciences.

We launched this website as an intersection between the science and art of animal production. Holding a degree in Veterinary Medicine and havinh had extensive experience with producers, we realised there was need to establish a two-way communcation where producers can talk about their complex real-world experiences and animal science experts can talk about the simpler underlying science of animal production.

While we continue to add more content to the website, AnimalProduction.org has grown very fast and already has over 800 unique visitors every month. We are expanding the content, we accept articles from volunteer authors and we also continue to explore new ways to reach our readers and clients.

There are multiple ways you can support us. The easiest of which is through advertisements. If your company or institution would like to advertise your services on our website, please contact us and we can discuss our advertising packages. Another way you can support is by contributing your articles for publication. Articles must be relevant to the goals of the website and our editors reserve the right to approve or decline publishing. You can contact us before you prepare/submit your article(s). Lastly, you can support us through donations. Donations could be in cash or in kind. Cash donations go a long way to cover the expenses of maintianing the website. However, in kind donations are also accepted. This could be any agricultural products that we can then pass on to our readers and farmers through various competitions or awards. In-kind donations may also be in providing specific expertise such as photography, video editing, graphic design etc that usually cost a lot of money and time to put together. This way, the content we provide to farmers and scientists will be high quality and still continue to remain available for free.
